This policy explains what this store collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers quantpragna.com/books, which is run by Quantpragna LLP, Villa 46, RBD Stillwaters, Silver County Road, HSR Extension, Haralur, Bangalore 560102, Karnataka, India.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, which you give when you buy or ask for a free book.
- Order details: the book, the date, the amount, and the payment and order references from Razorpay.
- A copy ID that links your copy to your order.
Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, our payment processor, and never reach us. Razorpay may also ask for your phone number; their own privacy policy covers what they collect.
Why we collect it
- To prepare your copy. Your name, email address and order reference are printed into the book.
- To send you the download link and the password by email.
- To help you if a link expires, a download fails or you ask for a refund.
- To trace a copy that has been shared in public back to its order.
What we do not do
We do not send marketing email, sell or rent your details, or use advertising trackers. You receive one email per book you order.
Who processes it for us
- Razorpay processes payments.
- Amazon Web Services stores the order records and the files on servers in Mumbai, India, and sends the delivery email.
- The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you visit.
How long we keep it
Your prepared file is deleted from our servers 30 days after it is made. The download link stops working after 72 hours or five downloads, whichever comes first. The order record (your name, email, book, references and copy ID) is kept so that a copy can always be traced to its order and so that we can answer questions about your purchase.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to books@quantpragna.com. If we delete your order record, we can no longer help with that purchase.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
