Refunds and cancellation

Every sale is final once your copy is delivered
Each book is a PDF prepared for you and stamped with your name. A file cannot be handed back, so once your copy has reached you, a change of mind is not a reason for a refund. Please read the book's page before you buy.
When we refund
- You paid but your copy never reached you: write to us and we will send it, or refund the full price if we cannot.
- Your copy will not open or is damaged: we send a fresh copy, and refund the full price if that does not fix it.
- You were charged twice for the same book: the extra payment is refunded in full.
Write to books@quantpragna.com within 30 days of buying, with the email address you used and, if you have it, the order or copy ID printed on the first page of your copy.
How the refund reaches you
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, through Razorpay. Once we have issued it, your bank usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.
Cancellation
Your copy is prepared and delivered the moment your payment completes, so there is no window in which an order can be cancelled.
If your download link expired
Write to us and we will send a new one. This costs nothing.
Free books
Free books are not charged, so there is nothing to refund.
