These terms apply when you buy or download a book from this store at quantpragna.com/books. The books are written by Dr. Gnana Prakash Neel and sold by Quantpragna LLP, Villa 46, RBD Stillwaters, Silver County Road, HSR Extension, Haralur, Bangalore 560102, Karnataka, India.
What you are buying
Every book is a digital file, a PDF. Nothing is posted to you. When you buy, you get a personal licence to read your copy. The copy is prepared for you alone: your name, your email address and an order reference are printed into it, and it opens with a password that is given to you after payment.
What you may do with your copy
- Keep it on your own devices, back it up, and print pages for your own reading.
- Quote short passages with credit to the author, as is normal for any book.
What you may not do
- Share, upload, sell, lend or otherwise pass your copy, or the password, to anyone else.
- Remove or alter the name, email or reference printed in it.
Because each copy carries the buyer's details, a copy found in public can be traced to the order it came from. We may refuse further sales to the account involved.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees, and the price shown on the book's page is the amount you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Books marked "available soon" are not yet for sale.
Free books
A few books are free. You give a name and an email address, and a copy prepared for you is sent to that address. One free copy per email address per book.
Refunds
Every sale is final once your copy is delivered. We refund only when your copy cannot be delivered or will not open, or when you were charged twice. See Refunds and cancellation.
About the content
The non-fiction is written to inform and to provoke thought. It is not personal medical, legal or financial advice, and does not replace advice from a professional who knows your circumstances. The fiction is fiction: names, characters and events are invented or used fictitiously.
Liability
If something goes wrong with a purchase, our responsibility is limited to delivering your copy or refunding what you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
